Do you only transport dogs?

Not at all — we transport dogs, cats and small pets. If you’re unsure whether we can help with a specific animal, just tell us what they are and we’ll confirm.

I have more than 2 pets — can I still use your service?

Yes — we can often help, but we’ll need to plan it properly (space, safety, carriers and driver availability). Please contact us with the number of pets and types, and we’ll advise the best option.

How much does it cost?

Prices depend on distance, trip type (one-way/return/wait & return), number of pets, and any charges like tolls or London Congestion. The quickest way is to use our Fetch a Figure calculator, or message us for a quote.

Do owners have to travel with their pet?

No — pets can travel alone or with their owner. Just let us know what you prefer when booking.

Do you provide a pet carrier?

If your pet needs a carrier, please let us know. Some customers provide their own; in certain cases we can help, depending on the pet and journey. We’ll always prioritise comfort and safety.

Do you do same-day bookings?

Sometimes — it depends on availability. Same-day requests may be treated as urgent and can cost more, so it’s always best to book in advance where possible.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Harlow, Essex and cover journeys across the UK.

What if my pet is anxious or has special requirements?

No problem — just tell us in advance. We can allow extra time, comfort stops, and handle them calmly and safely.
