    We collect from your prefered or reputable local pet stores. For Click & Collect orders, we simply pick up your pre-paid basket.

Pricing is based on distance from our Harlow base. Minimum charge £10.

How pricing works

  • Distance-based: measured by driving distance from our Harlow base.
  • Minimum fee: £10 applies even for short local runs.
  • Heavy items: very bulky orders may need a quick access/parking check.
  • Timing: same-day is available when drivers are free (especially evenings/weekends may be busier).
  • Multiple drops: extra addresses may cost more — we’ll confirm first.

What we can deliver

Food, essentials and heavier items — without you carrying anything. We collect from local reputable pet retailers (e.g. Eastwick Animal Feeds, Pets at Home, Jollyes) or your preferred local store.

  • Dry & wet food, treats, supplements
  • Litter, hay, bedding, bowls, toys
  • Bulk bags & heavy items (we’ll confirm access/parking)
  • *Same-day when available (driver & store stock dependent)

What we can’t deliver

  • Age-restricted products (where ID/regulated sale rules apply)
  • Prescription medication / controlled veterinary medicines
  • Live animals as retail deliveries (pet transport is provided separately)
  • Anything illegal, unsafe, or that a store refuses to sell

Good to know

  • Availability: delivery slots depend on driver availability and local demand.
  • Click & Collect: If your chosen retailer offers Click & Collect, you’re welcome to place the order directly — we’ll collect on your behalf to speed things up.
  • Payment: items + delivery fee must be paid before collection (bank transfer or payment link).
  • Receipts: we can send receipt photos on request.
  • Out of stock: we’ll message you with alternatives before swapping anything.
  • Safe place: only used if agreed with you in advance.
