Happy Pets started on the Rover app. I began pet-sitting, and before long that grew into overnight boarding and daily visits from our family home in Harlow. Earning the trust of pet owners was the foundation of everything that came next.
As that trust grew, owners kept asking the same question: could I get their pet somewhere safely? It all started with my own trusty van. [Add the story of your first van — the conversion, the first job, any funny moments.]
One van became a small team of carefully chosen drivers, all trained in pet first aid, offering door-to-door journeys across Harlow and the rest of the UK. We became APHA licensed and fully insured, but the promise stayed the same: treat every pet like one of our own.
Owners started asking if we could pick up food and supplies too, so we launched Home Deliveries. Then came our Pet-Care Network — local groomers, walkers and sitters we genuinely work with and recommend.
